Screen Printing is a branding method used to decorate flat surfaces. We use printers that specialize in printing Textiles (t-shirts & caps), Nylon (tog bags & umbrellas), Leather or Koskin (Folders, Wallets), Plastic, Glass, Metal or Wooden Products. Images created by Screen Printing are extremely opaque. Multiple colours can be printed depending on the items getting branded.
The branding method of Pad Printing is the most versatile of all printing processes with its unique ability to print on three dimensional objects (pens, lighters, etc.) and compound angles (golf balls, etc.). Small logos can be printed and very fine details can be achieved with this branding method & logos as small as 3mm up to 60mm x 120mm can be printed. The Pad Printing process is most commonly used on pens and small items as it is low cost with high volumes that can be printed in minimal time.
Laser etching provides a permanent message on an in-process or finished article. We laser etch text, serial & part numbers, company logos, bar codes or 2D codes on all plain, painted, anodized, plated metal and aluminium surfaces, whether they are flat sheets or cylinders (flasks, mugs, etc.). This is a very innovative branding method. Laser engraving also produces very high quality marks on plastic, wood and leather. A character as small as 0.5mm and as large as 400mmx600mm can be marked with our laser engravers. We have both CO2 (wood, leather. plastics, etc.) and jag (all metals) machines.
Digital Printing is a fully electronic, computer-to-printing, wide format print and it is a very popular branding method. With digital printing, there are no colour separation plates or film to create (which can be expensive), thus resulting in minimal machine setup costs, thus keeping your fixed costs much lower. All ”Self Adhesive Labels” can be “Kiss Cut” and “Die Cut” resulting in no added high cost for “Dies”, which are usually only used once.
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric or other materials with designs stitched in strands of thread. This method is a very popular branding method. Industrial Embroidery machines are driven by computers that read digitized embroidery files created by special software. Embroidery machines produce high quality, neatly stitched, multi-colour designs on clothing, caps, towels and bags.
