Chicken soup for the body… and soul
Introducing Ignition’s latest CSI initiative, in partnership with Ladles of Love
It’s Winter, and there are many among us who are in need and don’t know where their next meal is coming from. This season, Ignition has partnered with the humanitarian organisation, Ladles of Love. Alleviating hunger, ensuring food security and skill development are just some of the areas covered in their important work, which they carry out all across South Africa.
As part of our CSI drive, Ignition aims to provide a hot, nourishing and comforting meal to 67 children for a month, which is part of our 67 minutes of service for Mandela Day. For us, this is a rather apt initiative, led by our brand manager, Taryn Van Zyl, as we have 67 team members at Ignition. Each team member joined hands and led the way to help feed a hungry child in the Ladles of Love ‘Nourish Our Children’ initiative. You can find out more about it here: Ladles of Love - Nourish Our Children
At Ignition, we believe that even the smallest acts of kindness - which don’t at all have to be ‘random’ - can collectively make a big difference in so many lives. That’s why we are stepping out bravely to change the world. And why we invite you to join us in bringing even more children a bit of extra warmth and love this Winter. You can help by making a donation - all it takes is a click to their website, found right here. Thank you for your contribution, every bit helps towards feeding more children this Winter.
